UL 508 Panel Shop
Panel Design
Designing control panels for industrial applications is a process that requires attention to detail. Our engineering services group creates detailed control panel layout drawings, bill of materials, and electrical schematics. Our UL 508 certified control panel design and assembly is about quality craftsmanship. We understand the importance of neat, organized wiring, especially if you ever have to change a panel in the future or troubleshoot a problem — no spaghetti wiring with Higgins panels.
Panel Assembly
The interior and exterior are meticulously wired by skill technicians and labeled with easy-to-read engraved labels. Higgins can build to your print specifications or design custom panels for you. Our shop has 3,000 square feet of environmentally controlled workspace, allowing us to provide: inventory, fabrication, staging factory testing, and shipping for small, medium or large panel systems.
