Bay County Waste Facility, Panama City, Florida
Bay County Waste Facility experienced a fire in its Energy Tipping room which quickly spread to the facility's main operating building. Control panels, along with many of the electrical systems were also consumed in the fire. Within the next 24 hours, Higgins met with the management and put together a team to restore plant function. The Higgins team worked around the clock to bring the plant back on line within record time.
